Payment Structure
We will ask you to complete and return a ‘Provisional Reservation Form.’
This is not a binding contract, but it will enable us to hold places for your group and to make early reservations.
At a time to be agreed with the Party Leader, the provisional reservation will be confirmed with a deposit of £100 per paying participant for tours by air or Eurostar and £50 for tours by coach. This payment should be sent with a list of paying participants and staff.

The final payment must be made six weeks prior to departure.
